At Weave & Wardrobe, we want you to love what you order. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our Exchange & Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is unused, unwashed and unaltered
• Original tags, packaging and invoice are intact
• The product is not damaged due to customer handling

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products purchased during sale, clearance or with a discount code marked “final sale”
• Customised, altered or made-to-measure stitched suits
• Innerwear, accessories, or items marked non-returnable on the product page

3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

• Contact us at weaveandwardrobe@gmail.com or call 7827382536 / 8826366866 within 7 days of delivery
• Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the product (if there is a damage or quality concern)
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share the return address with you

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI; you will need to share your bank/UPI details
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item sent)

5. Exchange

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging, so we can resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or full refund.
